X FACTOR STYLE

The X Factor is over for another year and we'll all miss Louis' terrible impersonations, the panel drama, back stage tantrums, big productions, and the dazzling outfits on display.

To round off an entertaining and exciting year The Doll House is taking a look back at some of the best outfits from the series, but for once we're forgetting about the judges and all eyes are on the contestants style.

Little Mix - Judges houses

The X Factor 2011 champions started their journey together at judges houses and they did so in style. Their cool and collected laid back look is one of the many reasons Little Mix attracted so many fans and became relatable to girls all over the UK. In particular The Doll House loves Jade's bow tie and Perrie's red braces combined with geek glasses - it's all about the accessories!

Misha B - Semi Final, Week 9
Anyone who can wear a dress made out of record discs deserves a mention. Misha B sure knows how to stand out from the crowd, unfortunately it wasn't enough to see her to the final.

Little Mix - The Final, Week 10
The girls took 'cute' to the next level with personalised Christmassy jumpers. I absolutely love Perrie's skirt, also take a peak at her earrings - white feathers with 'OK' splashed across them; gorgeous!

Kitty, Live Show, Week 4
Look at that customised corset - well, we learnt to expect nothing else from controversial Kitty!

Amelia Lily, Live Show, Week 7
There is nothing I love more than a girly dress roughed up with a leather jacket and high rockstar heels. Amelia Lily hits the perfect balance between feminine and edgy.

Misha B, Live Show, Week 5
In week five Misha B donned a fashion forward ensemble in this tailored jacket and wet look leggings, finished off with killer heels and a killer smile.

Little Mix - Semi Final, Week 9
Little Mix roughed up their style for the semi final as they took on Beyonce's "If I were a boy". For me all eyes are on Leigh-Anne, her red gloves and peter pan collar are extremely chic yet she manages to look edgy at the same time.

Misha B, Semi Final Results, Week 9
This ensemble may not be as 'out-there' as Misha B's usual style, nevertheless she looks simply stunning and certainly left the competition with her head held high in regards to both talent and fashion.

Little Mix, Live Show, Week 7
'Don't let go' was by far the girl groups best performance of the series, and perhaps they pulled out their best outfit choices too? Little Mix rocked one of this years favourite trends; masculine, and Perrie and Jade look simply adorable with their braces.

Amelia Lily, Result Show, Week One
Poor Amelia... little did she know that getting booted off the show was not the end of her X Factor journey! Remember... the Middlesbrough girl got voted out by Kelly in week one... but on the plus side - look at those hot red heels!

So there you have it... our pick of the contestants style for this years X Factor... What was your favourite fashion performance of the series?
