Fashion files: Pixie Lott

Pixie attending the Japanese premiere of 'Battleship', a film which features fellow pop-star Rihanna.  The 'All about tonight' singer went for accessory overload to reinvent the Dolce & Gabbana LBD. If I'm honest I think it's one accessory too many; ditch the sheer gloves. I'm also not a fan of the orange lippy teamed with the sleeked back hair-do, there's just too much going on. (2 April 2012 - International Yoyogi first gymnasium, Toyko, Japan)

A few days before the 'Battleship' premiere Pixie was spotted catching a flight to Japan.  For me Pixie works this day-time look a million times better than her evening LBD. The mint green patent loafers add an injection of colour to the pretty outfit. The singer looks effortless yet fashionable. (30 March 2012 - Heathrow Airport, London, UK)

Pixie grunges up a pretty floral maxi dress by teaming it with harsh black ankle boots at London Fashion Week.  (17 February 2012 - London, UK)
This is one of my favourite Pixie Lott looks. In my opinion the singer is much better at rocking day-time glam than evening-wear. Wearing a sheer maxi skirt she once again shows her fashion credentials. (31 January 2012 - BBC Radio 1, UK)
The singer opted for a black Moschino dress whilst attending the Duke of Essex Polo Cup. This time she gets accessorising just right. Her printed heels, layered necklaces and chic sunglasses are what make the outfit. (16 July 2010 - Gaynes Park, Epping, UK)
New on the scene at the time, the 'Cry me out' singer isn't afraid to stand out and rock gothic glam at the Brit Awards. (16 February 2010 - Earls Court, London, UK)
Miss Lott is clearly a fan of fashion heavyweight Dolce & Gabbana. The 21-year-old wore this D&G suit to the UK premiere of 'The Pirates! In an Adventure with Scientists'. Pixie shows that she is fashion forward by mixing a floral print with polka dots, she keeps her accessories minimal by merely teaming the ensemble with a bronze metallic tote. (21 March 2012 - May Fair Hotel, London, UK)

No-one edges up a girly look like Pixie Lott. Take away the leather jacket and the black tights and you have a cute, pretty and preppy look. But Pixie adds an edge and subsequent sex appeal to the style. (30 January 2012 - ITV Daybreak Studios, London, UK)

We've got recurring themes going on here: Dolce & Gabbana clothing and pretty dresses being edged up. Typical Pixie Lott style. (14 July 2011 - Westfield, London, UK)
